Industreet: Total's campus for tomorrow's industry presented in Pau

The Total group wants to contribute to developing solutions to meet the challenges of the regions where it has sites, particularly as regards employment. Total plays a key role in several initiatives: the education and professional integration of young people is one of the leading focuses of its Total Foundation solidarity program.

Industreet is a campus for tomorrow’s industrial professions aimed at young people who are unqualified or seeking employment, to help them integrate the world of work.

To give visibility to this superb Total Foundation project on a local scale, a meeting was held on June 17 in Pau under the aegis of Thierry Renard, Manager of the CSTJF/PERL sites and Total’s Regional Group Representative in South West France.

Olivier Riboud, Director of Industreet and Safia Tami, Director of Partnerships and Recruitment, presented the campus to a group of partners from institutions, schools, associations and business of our region.

For young people across France:

Today, 20% of young people under 25 are unemployed, and the repercussions due to COVID-19 are likely to make their situation even more precarious. In educational terms, Industreet guarantees that all students who qualify after their course will have a polished professional project on completion of their training.

In Stains, in Seine-Saint-Denis, Industreet will therefore welcome 400 young men and women, aged 18-25, from different regions in France. There are no specific requirements in terms of profile or qualifications. Industreet is simply seeking to attract young people who are determined to find a career to suit them and work hard to succeed.

Industreet is aimed at young people from all over France. They can apply wherever they live... and registrations are now open.
