L'Industreet, the jobs of tomorrow for young people

Young people from all over France can enjoy an innovative teaching method by joining the new free TotalEnergies school inaugurated by the President of the Republic.

To help unemployed young people find jobs, the TotalEnergies Foundation has created Industreet. Aimed at young people aged 18 to 25, with or without qualifications, Industreet will provide free training for up to 400 young people a year in the industry of the future. Despite Covid-19, the training began in November 2020 and Emmanuel Macron, President of the Republic, inaugurated the school located in Stains (Seine-Saint-Denis) with Patrick Pouyanné, President and CEO of TotalEnergies, on March 3, 2021.

TotalEnergies wants to develop solutions to meet the challenges of the regions in which it operates, particularly in the area of education and integration of young people into the workforce, a key focus of the TotalEnergies Foundation's community support program.

To give local visibility to this superb TotalEnergies Foundation project, a meeting had already been organized on June 17, 2020 in Pau, under the aegis of Thierry Renard, Chief of the CSTJF/PERL establishment and TotalEnergies's Territorial Group Representative in the Southwest. Olivier Riboud, Director of Industreet, and Safia Tami, Director of Partnerships and Recruitment, presented the campus to a group of institutional, educational, associative and economic partners from our region.

For young people from all over France

Today, 20% of young people under the age of 25 are unemployed in France and the repercussions of Covid-19 are likely to make this vulnerable situation even worse. The educational promise of L'Industreet is to allow 100% of young apprentices to have a successful professional project after their training. L'Industreet is designed for young people from all over France. Wherever they come from, they can apply...
