What hides behind the walls of the TotalEnergies Site in Pau? With the participation of Jérôme Poncet Site Manager, Melanie Plainchault, Head of the R&D Computer Science department, Franck Nono Reservoir Engineer and Alejandro Orsikowsky, R&D project lead, the film plunges viewers into the dynamic, authentic environment at the Pau Site. It features an exceptional site, deep-rooted in the region and resolutely forward-looking, where innovation is much more than a watchword: it is a culture, a driving force, a source of pride.
 

Showing who we are

For decades, the Pau Site, through the Jean Feger Scientific and Technical Center (CSTJF) and the Platform for Experimental Research in Lacq (PERL), has been an emblematic representation of TotalEnergies' scientific and technical excellence in the Béarn region. It is one of the kingpins in TotalEnergies' ambition is to be a major player in the energy transition, committed to net zero by 2050, together with society.

"Shooting this video to present the Pau site was an opportunity to show who we really are. It’s a living business card that enables our partners, contacts and the general public to find out all about our areas of expertise, our values and our long-standing presence in the region. It’s also a tool that unites everyone in-house: it reflects our collective pride and commitment to energy that is more affordable, more sustainable, and accessible to as many people as possible.” explains Jérôme Poncet. The video starts with his speech, full of determination and conviction. By way of introduction, he reiterates the strategic role of the Pau site in TotalEnergies’ roadmap. “Though we have chosen a select few to speak about innovation in Pau, the true value of the video lies in the variety of perspectives it gives. It shows a thriving, dynamic site, deep rooted in the Béarn region and yet globally connected. It’s a place where we innovate, share and build tomorrow’s solutions together."
