Action! the solidarity commitment program

Because every employee is also a citizen aware of social issues, they must be able, if they so wish, to take action alongside the partners of the TotalEnergies Foundation. The Action! Program gives employees the time and means to do so. All employees have the opportunity to dedicate up to three of their working days per year to solidarity missions close to their place of work.

If you are a civil society structure focused on public interest initiatives, the Action! platform was specifically created to put you in touch with our employees at the CSTJF and the PERL. Associations in South West France can publish missions there and TotalEnergies employees can volunteer according to their skills or interests.

Operate in TotalEnergies' host regions.
Be a civil society organization that serves the public interest.
Take action in one of the four priority areas below or in favor of people in vulnerable circumstances:
- Road safety
- Education and inclusion
- Climate, coastal areas and oceans
- Cultural dialog and heritage
Associations working for the environment are also all eligible.

Skills
Mission in relation to professional skills.
For example, helping an association with its communication, financial management, HR organization, purchases and so on.
Sponsoring
Mission to support a young person for at least six months.
For example, becoming a young person’s mentor by guiding them in their personal and professional development.
Helping hand
Mission without any relation to professional skills.
For example, clearing land, collecting equipment, sorting clothes, helping to restore heritage, etc.
Solidarity team building
Collective missions over a half day or a day.
